In a blender, put the spinach, the apple and cucumber slices, the lemon juice and the rest of the water and blend the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture. Sieve the mixture that is in the blender, add the green tea, the ice cubes, sweetener (if you want) and drink the juice throughout the day.
